LICENSED THERAPIST SUMMARY: Must be equipped and trained in interdisciplinary treatment planning by completing comprehensive psychosocial assessment, reassessment, and crisis intervention and consultation. Specialization in working with marginalized groups, complex trauma, and personality disorders are a must. Ability to work with addiction would be a plus but not required.

ESSENTIAL PERFORMANCES:
• Able to work with individuals, couples and run groups when needed
• Extensive training in or 2-3 years of experience in working with trauma
• DBT-trained or willing to become trained in EMDR, Hypnotherapy or EFT-tapping
• Excellent use of EHR system and comfortable with technology, email and use of spreadsheets.
• Effective communication skills, emotional regulation and team player

Job Type: Employee with Benefits
Flexible position: Must be willing to work mornings, evenings and weekends. Schedules are set but flexible.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must be fully licensed: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist and must be willing to be paneled on at least 2 insurance panels.

EDUCATION and PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work or relative field, from a CACREP accredited college or university with two years of post-licensure experience. Experience working with a diversified population and marginalized groups. Individual should be energized and opportunity seeking and a natural problem solver. Must be able to effectively communicate with in-house staff. Must be motivated, flexible and receptive.

Position: Intensive Family Intervention (IFI) Team Leader

Office Location: 5255 Snapfinger Park Drive, Suite 120, Decatur, GA 30035

Area of Service: DeKalb, Fulton, and Clayton County

Job Description:

• Must be willing to provide community based therapy services in DeKalb, Fulton, and Clayton County area
• Must be able to provide individual and family therapy to each client at least 1-2x weekly in the home, school, or community.
• Must be strong in completing safety plans and discharge summaries
• Must have knowledge about BIRP note documentation and clinical documentation
• Must have knowledge of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques and family therapy techniques
• Must be organized, can complete tasks in a timely manner, and take direction well
• Must have reliable transportation, internet, computer, telephone
• Must be able to conduct a weekly, 1 hour, IFI team staffing/meeting and team supervision in the office
• Must be self-motivated, be able to lead a small team, and provide supervision to counselors and paraprofessionals
• MUST BE Fully licensed as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT (please do not apply if you do not hold license as this position requires a fully licensed individual, thank you)
• Full time case load currently available
• Compensation is $50 per billable hour along with $200 monthly for completion of team meetings and supervision.
• Must be available to start within 2 weeks
